The real numbers about campaign cash and the Wisconsin governor's race

Koch PAC to Walker: $43,000.
Union bosses to Tom Barrett: $334,556.

Unions bosses spent 778% more than Koch.

Three different unions gave more than Koch.

Government employee union bosses gave $67,750 in the race, 58% more than Koch.

Koch provided Walker with less than 0.5% of his funds.
Union bosses provided his Democrat opponent with a little more than 6% of his funds.

Those figures are direct contributions only. They do not include the in-kind contributions of volunteers, staff, facilities and equipment unions provide in amounts that often top their cash contributions.
